Who likes guacamole? I do.
I love wraps. They are so delicious and healthier than eating bread because they’re lighter. I use Flat Out which is a wrap in 100 calories. It holds your wrap together so well and it’s kind of squishy too! not hard and breakable like tortillas… If you only eat half of the wrap, that’s 50 calories! But then you have the calories from whatever you put inside of it. Which will most likely still be under 200.
I just made this plate this morning after my run and it was so good and protein packed! Eggs are a great post-workout food. Filled with protein to help support muscles. The veggies helped add flavor and healthy benefits.

This quick and filling snack/meal is sweet and tasty. You got your fruit, cinnamon, and cottage cheese for dipping!
This can be eaten as a snack or for a light breakfast! Quick to make and tastes amazing. The combination of cream cheese and smoked salmon is just fantastic.
I used a 100 cal Whole Wheat Smart Bagel, toasted it in the toaster and used Laughing Cow Cream Cheese and topped with smoked salmon!
So, this breakfast burrito is called a Lite breakfast burrito because I didn’t load in as many veggies as I would have liked. I was short on time and just grabbed a tomato and red onion to chop up.
This lunch was so filling and delicious. But my favorite part were the lettuce wraps. My coworkers thought I was eating straight lettuce and were disgusted.. but I had cucumbers and turkey inside!
I was craving food one evening and wanted something healthy and filling. Avocado ALWAYS makes me feel full so I wanted to eat avocado. Well, I had leftover black beans and corn in the fridge so I thought, what could I make out of these ingredients?
