I love wraps. They are so delicious and healthier than eating bread because they’re lighter. I use Flat Out which is a wrap in 100 calories. It holds your wrap together so well and it’s kind of squishy too! not hard and breakable like tortillas… If you only eat half of the wrap, that’s 50 calories! But then you have the calories from whatever you put inside of it. Which will most likely still be under 200.
